Amazing Spiderman vs Captain America and Winter Soldier

Captain America has been marked as a criminal like Winter Soldier. Both encounters Spiderman in New York City.

Who wins?

Spiderman should win.

Spidey's feats are too much for those two. He'd run rings around them and have them tied up in webs before they knew what was going on.

Its a stomp for Spiderman , he is WAY stronger and faster than Cap and winter soldier.

this would be a better fight with no webbing.

Not really. He's strong enough to catch a flying cop car, and stop a bus being pushed by a speeding 18 wheeler. And he's fast enough to easily dodge machinegun fire while falling through the air. They couldn't lay a hand on him, and a single hit would be enough to end the match.

He was also faster than those electric bolts that Electro was shooting !

didn't say they'd win, just that it would be better without the webbing. With the webbing, Spidey wins this w/o Cap and Buckey even getting a chance to hit him.
