Exar Kun with very high difficulty.
Speed isn't too much of an issue, as neither have demonstrated Palpatine like feats. Power might go slightly in favor of Malgus, as he's cracked a marble table, effortlessly lifts Jedi, and has kicked Zallow hard enough to leave a crack in a wall/shake Aryn Leneer each blow. But Kun has smashed a holocron, killed Vodo with a single downward stroke, and brought Sylvar down, as well as cut cut three blaster toting guys in half with one slice.
Skill: Kun is more skilled due to his knowledge of sorcery, and his Jedi/Sith training. Though Malgus is obviously more experienced give his decades in the war.
Force: It depends on how you want to look at this one. Kun's force feats on scale outdo Malgus, but Malgus's TK is more impressive than Kuns. Kun's raw power in the force outdoes Malgus's on a pretty wide scale though. He disintegrated Massassi and destroyed a temple as his greatest feat, whereas, Malgus has destroyed pillars with force scream, killed multiple Jedi with lightning, had TK waves strong enough to rattle a ship in the air and send people flying. Kun takes the force advantage by virtue of his esoteric knowlege/raw power, but Malgus's power is not to be underestimated.
Verdict: If Kun wins its a slight majority, as Malgus has enough power to win a few rounds. Kun's blasts may be controversial to some, but if Malgus is hit he is going to get blown apart. Likewise, Malgus's dueling ability speaks for itself, and he can easily take a few rounds based on his combination of power and fighting ability
