I don't know if she loses or not to be honest.
Depending on her speed feat she might be able to kill him for a slim majority as Bane was slower and weaker as of DOE. She has solid force feats that are better than Bane off nexus, and she can take a solid offense as she was able to do before losing to Malgus (who is stronger than Bane as well). It could go either way IMO
