I like the "pluck and drop" idea. Makes things more equal across the board for all the characters if they have to depend on what they bring to the table at a bare minimum.

and yes Aquaman does have the raw power to just show up and start tearing things up. He could flood the Earth easily.

In my scenario, they'd all probably opt to keep a low profile, so, not very soon in most cases.

As far as Aquaman flooding the earth, can he do that on his own or using Atlantean resources? I honestly dont know with all the Nu52 changes.

Wolverine - 60 (he's going to have to be put down by scientific means but he isn't taking over the world either)
Beast Boy - 45
Cyclops - 10 (nice laser but a gun shot will do the trick on him)
