Absensce of certain vehicles and vessels in TCW?

For all the episodes of the Clone Wars, certain vehicles and vessels seen in AOTC don't ever appear in TCW, mostly from the side of the Galactic Republic. Examples include the ,SPHA) walker and the Hardcell-class interstellar transport. Why their absence. What happened to them?
