Greatest Star Wars war of all time?

By this I mean the war that did the most destruction, change, and blah blah blah. In my opinion it's the clone wars.

Yuuzhan Vong.

Vong apparently tore the Galaxy part on almost every level.

Unfortunate, considering how shitty and ridiculous that era of the mythos is.

Yeah, the Vong war.

The New Sith Wars. One thousand years of on-and-off fight. Much of the galaxy was cut off for centuries. Technology regressed, the hypernet collapsed. Things really fell apart. The final phase of it was basically each side just getting what they had left together and hoping it'd work.

The Clone Wars was big but only about 3 years.

Well the New Sith Wars was multiple wars not just one.

Anyway, the Vong War was likely the most destructive single war.

True, but even some of the wars within it lasted a good time. The Sictis Wars lasted 20 years for example.

Though you may be right that the Vong War was likely more destructive than any single conflict within.

Wars orchestrated by Emperor Vitiate were immensely devastating, IMO. Entire worlds ended-up destroyed and all participants suffered immense losses. These wars spread to all corners of the galaxy ranging from unknown regions/outer-rim to core worlds of the Republic.

Vitiate's war was certainly a big one. It was both large in scope and took some time.

Yeah the Great Galactic War
