If you wanted to augment a character to beat Thor who would it be

and what one item, no more powerful than Mjolnir do you think could ensure your characters victory. Styles make fights, for instance Mike Tyson did pretty well against a lot of good fighters but could never handle Holyfield and Lewis, Holyfield did well against almost everyone but couldn't really handle Lewis, A declining Lewis beat Klitschko but knew Klitschko probably would have had his number in a rematch.

I think the Flash with murderous intent and the creation blades would own Thor. What do you guys reckon? and what item and character would you choose to complete a Gorr style mission against the Thundergod?
