Don't know who would outright break him, but I always thought that the Phantom Stranger would make for a decent battle depending on which Spawn is being used.

Barring Simmons after he ate from the Tree of Knowledge, I'd say most high heralds could smoke him.

I'm not super familiar with the new Spawn though.
