Ultron would probably kill him. Ultron seems to have everything going for him, and I don't know why he couldn't simply one shot MEL? When I first saw the heading of the thread, I thought that there was some kind of gimmick, like Ultron was forced to stand there and watch as he was devoured, but since that isn't the case I'd firmly place my bets on Ultron.

Scans were posted of MEL eating laser attacks and eating at super speed sufficiant to gobble up any arm that tries to hit him. What can Ultron do to him that he can't counter by eating?

Yeah that or the idea that Ultron is physically stronger, and able to grab him by the neck and snap it? I don't remember MEL being invulnerable. Not arguing whether or not MEL would be able to eat Ultron. My problem is whether he'd be given the opportunity to do this?
