Very few fights are absolute. Next time might be different.
Being in the same league as Swamp Thing is a big step up from not being useful because there's no water around!

It was never completely true in the comics tbh. He still had strength and such while on land. Dc have just been steadily getting it to a point where aquaman is to water as superman is to the sun: an amp.

The whole powerless on land thing is more due to cartoons like superfriends.

Aquaman should win this most of the time.

I like that they're doing this.
Aquaman should be a top tier hero.

The last two years or so have done wonders to get the character some focus, and hopefully he continues to push the boundaries around him.

So currently is it control over anything partially aquatic?
