X-Men 3 - Possible Synopsis, Characters.

Anything's definetly possible, but I think Whedon should skip out on Phoenix this turn. Let us forget about her. Let us be so shocked by this movie that we forget about Jean Grey, except for Cyke's occasionally breaking down. The team has lost a telepath---a member---which leave an open position. Rogue and Bobby have X-Men Suits. Junior members, so to speak.

Jean is gone. For now. She's died how many times now? Can someone actually count?

X-Men 4 will see the Phoenix. Perhaps the Dark Phoenix, as well.

I think it was the Phoenix Saga, then the Dark Phoenix saga right?

So Phoenix can be next movie, with M'Kraan, D'Ken, Lilandra, Gladiator, Imperial Guard, blah blah blah...

But where'd Jean be? AHA! In the M'Kraan crystal. Which would mean---how'd she get there? Long story. Scott can have some terrible flashback of the plane crash when he sees the Shi'ar ship.

Probably. I saw Jean getting the Phoenix/Phoenix taking her/Hudson Bay /whatever that was on the old cartoon. I figured the comics must have gone alone the same route.

hey there i haven't posted for a looooong time. i read all your posts and while i like wishful thinking too.. i just have to say that a lot of what has been talked about in the last few pages will NOT happen. i mean, we would all love to see the Shia'r and the phalanx (big fan of phalanx) i really don't think they will ever happen. If FOX is going to atleast somewhat continue in bryan singers style (which they hopefully will) they will stick to the bit of realism that he has established in the movies. now, the timetravel, the alien beings and even the cyborgs are cool and great for the comics and cartoons.. they wouldn't look too good on screen. the realism of the movies would be lost...
And if they are using the same story ideas as bryan singer stated earlier.. then the focus of the sequels will be about them "facing evolution itself" ---to a lot of people Apocalypse comes to mind when that is heard. but we'll see in the next couple of years..
and i have a strong feeling that Gambit will be in the sequels... maybe even sinister... and i agree with wolverine needing to step aside and give other mutants some story time....

i agree with your other points, but am convinced they'll use the whole movie for phoenix in some way and maybe at the end leave a cliffhanger

ok simple X3 will have to do something with the phoenix. they cant just drop it and do something else.

And also halle berry i would say is a moron. cause she did catwoman which was a flop (naturally) and then says "no"to X-men what the hell is wrong with her.

Apocalypse and phoenix in one movie no way. that movie would be too long,.

After I read the first 7 pages in full I clicked on the last page only to find out that it was the page 108. 😂

So I'm not quite sure if everything got answered to those who asked some stuff I saw unanswered until page 7 so bare with me if it did. 😛

I mean common..... read all the 108 pages it will take forever. 😂

So from informations I read on the net, it was confirmed that they are working on the Phoenix Story which means that the Phoenix will be there.

Lately was confirmed that Halle Berry won't be a part of the team anymore so I'm not sure if Storm will be "operating" anywhere else on the movie or if they will set someone else on the role.

Colossus was confirmed since the actor from X2 playing him had signed for the third movie already though I also read somewhere else that they was rethinking his contract and such. 😕

Cyclops, Iceman, Wolverine, Mystique, Phoenix, Nightcrawler and Prof X was confirmed for sure.

There was rumors about Dazzler appearing but it was only rumors so there won't be Dazzler to be seen there (damn... I loved Dazzler 🙁 )

I'm not sure where they are going with Rogue there since they changed the character on the movie and on the X-Men Evolution series A LOT.

Beast should appear on the third movie, Gambit is not sure.
Shadowcat, Siren, Jubilee and a few others was there but only shorty to see in the X2 (Shadowcat, Jubilee and the Multiple Boy even on X the first movie too).

The Sentinels was about to appear on the X2 Movie but after the animation of 1 Sentinel would cost 8 Million Dollars, they dropped the Sentinels from the Project and changed the story.

So we probably won't be able to see any Sentinels on the third movie either. 😕

About the other stuff which was posted here:

Wolverine isn't the MAIN character of X-Men and never was before!
He was one of the Alpha Flight heroes in the beginning and left the team after a few things happened there.

Later there was the Alpha, Beta and Omega Flight but this was another story.

Wolverine joined the second team of the X-Men which the leader was Storm and his teammates was Banshee, Colossus and Nightcrawler.

The first X-Men in overall was: Cyclops, Marvel Girl (Jean Grey) and Iceman which was actually a goverment team called the X-Factor which messed with hulk once and found out that the "goverment" issues they was on it wasn't so "patriotic". So they left the positions.

Rogue was in the Third team of the X-Men there and she is not the daughter of Mystique. Though Mystique was the one who take her unter her lead in the "Freedom Force" back them (called the Brotherhood later) which included Avalance, Blob and Pyro in the beginning after her father said "she is a mutant and not his daughter anymore" when the accident between her and her boyfriend happened occured.

Destiny, Stonewall and timebomb was later a part of the Freedom Force but Rogue was already a member of the X-Men at that time.

Shadowcat came between the first and second team of the X-Men to them and was a X-Men member, not a New Mutants Member.

Vertigo was one of the villains in the Marauders team which was leaded by Mr. Sinister and included Sabretooth, Archlight, her, two other villains I'm forgeting their names right now and Malice which was a clone of one of the X-Men called Polaris (girlfriend of Havok back then).

Siren is the daughter of one of the first member of the second X-Men team with the name Banshee.

I could write a lot more stuff but honestly I don't remember everything that was asked on the other pages anymore since it was a bit too much. 😛

Anyway..... the last original comic issue of the uncanny x-men I have is from 1989 so, I still know many stuff from the original comics from before the time everyone turned to be a teenager again and such stuff I didn't quite liked. 🙁

dude, thx for the info, couple of things though

we know wolverine didnt start out in the xmen, but we(well me) believe he gets too much attention that takes away from the other members of the team.

second, daniel cudmore, originally signed for x2 and gave fox first option to use him for x3, but fox havent confirmed him yet. Either way im sure we'll see colossus in some shape or form.
