X-Men 3...a comedy
Let's take a different route here, introduce characters that'll bring some comic relief to the screen. Not just cute little smart ass snippets but a witty, almost parody of what people might be expecting from a "serious action/sci-fi flick".
Bishop- Snoop Dogg
Angel- Owen Wilson
Moira McTaggert- Helena Bonham Carter
Beast- Bruce Willis

Bishop zaps in from his timeline and warns the X-Men that one of them sets a catastrophic chain of events into motion, takes time between sentences to mack on Storm.
Angel keeps whacking people with his wings, Beast cracks chemistry jokes with no response from the other mutants (a young mutant [Kylun] imitates sounds, mimics crickets chirping), Moira tries seducing the Prof she seems to be under the impression that he'd only be into mutants and tries glueing hair to her skin, painting herself blue, wearing a fire suit...
Bishop reminisces about his girl, Chronic, "She grows the best weed out of her head...that's my ol' lady." as he passes a blunt to Angel.

Another fact about Emma Frost is that she is not in her 20's.. she is in fact in her 30's. She rose up fast to take over Frost and the Hellfire club, and with Sebatian Shaw, they run the inner circle of the Hellfire club. The problem as I see it is that if they make her too much of a hottie, a couple of things could happen: 1) she distracts you so much that you really can't develop her place in the script, and 2) you get someone who "becomes" the White Queen... wants more money/control/on-screen time and then you don't see the same person from movie to movie.
The perfect person by the way for Emma: Laura Flynn Boyle. She can easily do the bad girl... she is only 34 😱

Heroes: Gambit, Havok, Psylocke, Jean Grey Should Come Back As Dark Phoenix, The Askanis & Cable (As A Child)
Villains: Juggernaut, Spiral, Mr Sinister, The Sentinels, Wendigo, The Brotherhood Of Evil Mutants (Yeah I Wanna See Toad Come Back For Revenge With Blob, Avalanche, And Pyro) Magneto should return but he shouldnt have the big parts.
I Think Apocalyse And Magneto Should tag up on the very last X Men since they're the most dangerous mutants
