The way I see it ...the original nine TAS characters plus Angel and Iceman (and minus Jubilee, she can go and burn in hell for all I care) are sacred ground..they were done so well in TAS they should have been treated with extreme care..and while the way they were portrayed in the movies wasn't terrible, it could have been a whole lot better..

i comopletely agree... the tas should be the template they use...

yeah..Iceman was too serious
Jean..lack emotion
Wolverine was big a part of the story
Rogue..was okay..could have been better
Cyclops...too many flaws to list..I gotta go in like 30 minutes
Xavier...was great
Storm..take too long to list flaws
Angel, Beast and Gambit..gotta wait and see

Yes..and Storm, she was worshiped as a Goddess for thimbles sake..they could have at least cast somebosy with some sort of prescence...and Rouge ❌ ..lets not even go into that..

I think they were all good as characters in a movie..just not as the X-Men if you see what I mean..

Well they have made a good casting choice..so hopefully..the truest one I have seen so far..apart from Partick Stewart..
