Well it's not like The Phoenix Saga is Jubilee's latest miniseries or anything...

It's considered one of the X-Men's and Marvel's and all of Comic-dom's greatest stories...that's why its not "The Story of the Phoenix" or "The Pheonix Pwns All"...its "The Phoenix SAGA"...a well deserved title.

Days of Future past those would make great X flicks

Nah...they'd make good flashback stories. Or mini-movies...nothing to be released worldwide.

DoFP is OKAY...but no one really wants to go to the future and do all that and go to the future and explain these new but from the past characters..people love Storm and Cyclops and Jean and don't care about Kitty Pryde becoming 'Kate'...

i think that if the sentinals are in the film then they will be introduced...like say, only a few sentinals in the 3rd film. then in the 4th have a runover of sentinals and have say..sinister involved..
jus speculating though.

as for brett ratner....i enjoyed the Rush Hour films a lot. i think he is a great director. but i don't know about him helming this film..

Omega Red would be a good mutant for Wolverine to fight in X3 or even if a movie was made about just Wolverine and Omega was the main evil dooer.

He is the russian version of Wolverine. Thats pretty cool.

O_O now that I think about it, if this film stinks........we won't know what happens with all the other villains they can only fit at most three villains with out losing the viewers interest, or confusing them... and even them it would be hard!

Well anything I've seen of Brett Ratner has been pretty good direction, so I may start to relax a little. thumbsup
