CATCH 22:Where did you get the cool info from?
Kane?? Damn that's familiar, Cable? Mutant-X? Jaugernaut?
Very good!!
Except SUNSPOT was a new mutant (Turned all black and had incredible strength) I think your refering to FireStar, I think...Anyways I know who you talking about and I agree.
Artie: YES!!! I forgot about him, A Morlock but it was he that could display images not Mirage. He did'nt talk but used symbols to communicate.
Did'nt Danielle Moonstar have a brother?
I'm pretty positive that Kane is Mutant-X, he was another experiment like Wolverine. He fights against Deadpool (Would be a cool movie) alot.
Maximoff: Yes your right, Quicksilver. (Would be cool to see him in the next one.)
I think that one plausable Synopsis is that magneto will form another group and fight the X-Men again, where Pheonix will suprise the hell out of him (as in the Comic).
Anyways, thanks for the info.
I really hope we can also see Havok, Alex Sommers, Scotts (Cyclops) brother.
Quicksilver was Magneto's son. That could be an interesting development as well.
I'm an old school X-men comic book reader, My favorite storyline which spanned about three years is still the one where the X-Men fake their death in Dallas so they can effectively attack and eliminate their enemies while forgetting the dream Xavier intended, for mutants to co-exist. Xavier was gone and his school was destroyed. Storm was the leader, Jean Grey was presumed dead (like the movie) and Cyclops, Beast, Iceman and Archangel had their own group X-Factor. This was a great storyline because the plan eventually backfired and many of the X-Men were 'killed' while Wolverine was crucified, and tortured to the point where his healing factor was overloaded until he was rescued by a ruffian 90's girl named Jubilee, introducing her character. The remaing four X-Men, Psylocke, Havok, Colossus and Dazzler, pained by the loss of their teammates (Rogue, Storm, Wolverine, and Longshot) and many other of their friends, decide to enter a gate called the Siege Perilous where there entire memories would be erased and they would start life anew without any recollection of who they were. Psylocke uses her telepathy to force this conclusion as she realizes they too will be killed if they don't get out of Australia.
If you get a chance, check out that series which spanned after the Mutant Massacre in 1986 and ended in 1990 with the reuniting of what is now the most popular X-Men team we see in the movies.
I do remember that series. I'ts been awhile since I dont have my comics anymore (DAMN!).
X-Factor was great!!! What was the ship called? I believe it was just called "SHIP". I love the where Apocolyps came after them to take control of the ship. Iceman also had boosted power, he had to wear an inibitor belt to keep it under control.
It was the Reavers who crucified Wolverine, He got his revenge though, it is also the series where he fights Lady Deathstrike.
Thanks for mentioning this, it has brought back memories.
Another great series is the BROOD WARS.
Guys, I think the story of X3 will follow the X-Men Evolution story line.
I'm referring to 216, 217 Day of Reckoning. I think they are 'experimenting' with these cartoon series for a good movie plot. There will definitely be a massive destruction and a big fight between all the mutants. The Sentinel is a crucial character of XMEN and I think that he will probably appear in X3. In addition, there might be some change of sides, if you know what I mean. We all saw Pyro in X2 - that was a reasonable proof. I also think that Magneto would be on a crew search, Gambit might be on his side (not for long of course), Quicksilver as well... and imagine Colossus the mighty Russian fighting machine a pawn of Magneto. (Colossus has some remarkable metal in his body, don't you think?). That would be a great plot! Jean Grey, for example, at the end of X2 - professor X said that everything was going to be all right after all, as I recall. That sounded like 'Jean is ALIVE!' to me. Think about it.
But for now we will just have to wait for official information and after a year or two we might be watching X3: Evolution or X3: Mutant Wars or let's say X3: Turn of Sides 🙂....
Finally, we should be prepared for surprises - let's not forget that Spider-Man is also a mutant ...hahahaha...
Uhhhh....Spider-Man is not a Mutant.
A mutant is clasified as bieng genetically born as a mutant. Like the only thing that makes Wolerine a mutant is his Healing Factor. Spider-Man was given his power. The same goes for Captian America and for that matter the Hulk.
Pyro was a gimme he as always been on the wrong side. He was in a goverment team with the Blob. I think thier going to mix strory lines. Part Pheonix saga, part Brother hood of Evil Mutants and of course the Sentinals, there are more than sentinal by the way.
Ya, it is definetly doable.
The Marvel Universe is quite large and there are so many options, charcters, plots and comic adaptions to choose from. Personally they need to make a Fantastic Four Movie. That would make some serious money. Plus, expect to see some cross-overs, just like the Comics. A Wolverine movie would definetly do quite well. They should do something with him and Omega Red.
