I don't think Toad is even a good character, but I don't think, if they do return, which I hope not and I doubt they will, I don't think they should be big characters. Just background people. Maybe show where Magneto is using as his headquarters, and show a whole brotherhood of mutants, most of which not being in action. Magneto, Mystique, Pyro, Avalanche and a few others would be at the head, the only ones doing anything, but then you could have Toad and Sabretooth in there, maybe with like uh...psh idk fill in the space with one of the villains that has been introduced over the years.
Yeah, i'd prefer them not in there at all, but it'd be cool to have a scene where you can see that Magneto has more people behind him than you'd think. Maybe show one scene with Prof X talking to a lot of people, and then showing Magneto talking to a lot of people, like he's massing an army. Cameos by a lot of characters would be cool, with a few people obviously in the lead, like Pyro.
That'd be cool, definitely.
What I hated, a lot, was that the had so many chances at cameos for mutants that would never be cast in a big role with the X-Students. We saw a lot of kids at the museum, and even more at the scene where the mansion is under attack, so why couldn't they just give us a guy with golden skin (Elixir) or maybe some turquoise TK shields (Hellion).
It was Wolverine doing all the fighting in that scene. The kids should have totally went all out and then escaped.
