what happened?
did everyone just quit posting? ok the new character thing is a bad idea. i mean look what happened on evolution. they took marrows powers and made spyke. i mean who on earth is spyke? anyway i thought yall might be interested to know that im finishing up my video.. so if anyone wants to see it email me and well work somthing out.
ok to whoever said they dont know what gambit wold bring to the movie let me ask one qestion. have yo even seen gambit. hes what the movie is lacking. everyone with the exception of wolverine is all preppy and nice and whatnot. gambit is the chance to put i a character that actually gets logan. one who can work with rogue and someone whos jst fun to watch. hes the most entertaining character out there what are you people thinking. he brings everything to the movie. action, comedy, passion, intrigue, mystery, and a duality of character. hes a theif with a past as rough as logans and yet his he knows all abot his past...but no one else does. he brings alot....mostly style
Thats the problem. If he had been in the movies from the beginning fine. But introducing a character that doesnt have the story revolving around him is kinda pointless and it steals screen time.
Plus his character (thou not a time bomb) is a lot like Logan.
Look I love Gambit I just think it would be disappointing seeing him and not making any sense why he's there.
This is an ensemble, not a 1 character movie. These movies are very hard to make.
so whats the problem. if sinister and apocalypse are the key villains then remy is the crucial part oof the storyline. make him the mystery that brings it all together. rogue was that in the first movie and it worked fine. why not make him the key peice? they just havent tried hard enough.. gambit is a character that could go out in his own movie and have complete reign. but if you put him in with the x-men character then the entire story can really take off with that. basically run this by. if say the first scene in the movie someone breaks ointo the mansion and steal somthing then you got them trying to find out who. they track him down and the plot keeps getting thicker and t

That was me I suggested that 😄 anyway I got an update on that...if anyone can remember the classic cartoon, the first episode when they introduced the sentinels...well that scene is going to be in the movie (changed accordingly 😉 )
Just to go into abit more detail of that scene (for those who don't remember) Rogue and storm are out shopping, Gambit is talking up a lady, jubilee is at the arcades and cyclops is outside...anyway jubilee blows up an arcade and runs away, to be chased by a sentinel, Rogue and storm step in and beat up the sentinel with the help of Gambit, jubilee and the finish shot was from cyclops...

I wish I could find the link again, but David Hayter (co-screenwriter for the first X-movie and he wrote the first draft of X2, and voices Solid Snake in the Metal Gear Solid games) said recently that the new character that is MOST likely to be introduced would be Beast, not Gambit. That's not an official "Gambit's out", but I'm sure plenty of Gambit fans will be upset.
