Jacen wins, but I don't think it will be easy. Darach is pretty much a non factor, but Kyp Durron is a beast in his own right. At one time, it was thought he had a greater potential than Luke, himself (I, Jedi, I think).

I wouldn't bet on it, Kyp vs Jacen should be a pretty good fight on it's own.
