Preboot superman has dynamic strength imo, yes.

And it matters because of feats.

I don't completely disagree, but I think it's more that at times Superman is more like Popeye than other Superheroes, he is almost impossible and is as strong as the plot requires, which makes arguing against him almost impossible unless, it is the Hulk, who in this regard is equally ridiculous. You could honestly say that about most heroes. Which is why we look at general feats
