If it's Spider-Man at his Iron Man armor tearing, Namor matching(I think), Masterson-Thor hurting, Firelord ass kicking, Hulk one-shotting levels, and you have Superman fight like an idiot, then I could see the Spider-Mans winning. But if you put them on that level, you put Superman at his higher levels, fighting smarter or both. Any one of those three and Superman wins. If it's both higher levels and smart fighting then it's a sad day for Spidey fans.

Superman(either New Earth or New 52) is a lot faster, and if that many Spider-Mans going at super speed were ever a problem, just jump into orbit and salt the Earth.

100 Sipderman would shitstomp a Silver Surfer or Firelord, a Thor or Thunderstrike, a Hulk was beaten by a single Spiderman. However, this is Superman, he can fly and HV them for an easy win.
