The entire low Herald tier is a broad range though. You can either go from the dead buried thread here, or you can go by the missing dozens of characters to come close to or surpass 100 people.
That Dracula by some miracle can turn into vampires.
No matter what you abide by somewhere along this thread Dracula gets one shot killed.
I read the OP and I think it WAS implied that LOM meant the whole Low Herald tier on KMC, then again probably not everyone could get it, so here is the list.

IMHO, Thanos still wins. Think about it. Sure they'll be vampires and have the added benefits of that combined with their own powers but they'll still have ALL the vampire weaknesses.
That plus the fact that Thanos isn't stupid means there's gonna be a vampire holocaust.
