He was powerful enough to be deemed almost invincible and cowed the Dark Council into submission. He put up a great fight against the Wrath. He's one of the top Sith in swtor overall tbh.

well he did that via the wrath

Baras seems to be upper Dark Council level, he may stop at Darth Wyyrlok, if not then Kyle probably downs him.
