This goes exactly the same as Bane vs Zannah, except now Zannah can't properly apply her tendrils without burning herself out.

I think the fight goes closer to the second match between Malgus and Satele. The only exception being Zannah is a greater defender, and she holds out longer before Malgus breaks and saber staff and kills her

Malgus wouldn't be able take her down with either force or sabers while Zannah would break his mind with her illusions. Zannah takes this.
