Loki vs Khan

Loki and Khan(reboot version) face off in the zombie-infested land of World War Z. Khan has the bigass minigun style phaser he used against the Klingons in Into the Darkness. Loki has his spectre, but isn't allowed to use any of its more exotic abilities like mind control, illusion casting etc.

Battle is to the death. Whoever loses gets resurrected in the real world and has to sleep with the main character of "My 600 lb life".

With the above mentioned motivator, who wins?

Loki got up after the destroyer gun blast and Iron Man's repulsors without much difficulty. Khan doesn't have enough firepower to take down as Asgardian.

Loki subdues Khan and tells him: "Kneel before me."
