Plo koon, he's a highly underrated character

It's possible, Nomi is legendary in her own right, but her combat skills aren't overwhelmingly developed.

I'm going to withhold my vote for now, though.

Those are exceptions. Koon isn't Grandmaster level.

Regardless, Nomi is comfortably above Koon.

iirc Nomi used a lightsaber with zero training to beat up some thugs.

Prime Satele can contend with them, yes.

Prime Satele couldn't defeat the likes of Darth Mehkis. Either of those two should have a solid advantage over her imo.

That's almost blatantly making up facts. The panel ends before showing the fight so I'm not sure how you can even begin to analyze it. Yes, Mekhis escaped Satele but her actions at the end of the first comic suggest that Satele got the better of her. She admits that Satele has hurt her and seeks to find her master as vengeance. That doesn't sound like the actions of a victor or someone who was at least having an upper hand during combat.

It states they stalemated.
