Taskmaster wins, Solidly.

They had a brief scuffle, Tasky punched him pretty hard, iirc (not saying that Lester was down, though).

Bullseye has the advantage on the beginning because of starting distance, but Taskmaster's evasion skills are pretty impressive. He can mix Spidey's, Daredevil's and Punisher's moves pretty well.
