Why focus on the game when Requiem ended with humans already having Pred tech?

SD Perry confirming that the Aliens Franchise,Predator Franchise and AVP Franchise are separate and not a shared universe. SD Perry by the way is the writer of the Alien:The Weyland-Yutani Report Book. I ordered that Book on Amazon on Alien Day.

- At the moment, Aliens has its own universe, Predator has its own, AvP has its own. That may change, but again, I don't know anything. For this project, I was strictly in the Aliens universe.
