Samaritan seems a little outgunned, but, i see a lot of "unknown" in Icon's profile, so, its not definite.
Hopefully more folks will weigh in.

Icon has the skill and versatility, but Samaritan seems faster. And he's a marathon man, going all out from morning to night to maximize every second of time (He's obsessed with time..), so he should be in better condition, and more likely to end it quick.

Yeah, but Samaritan also needs to come out of the closet more.....
