Shame 🙁
I wasn't aware that the "good old days" had ever ended...unless of course you believe that the opinions of yourself and Az constitute the ending of said days...

How come? Jadus' power -- I'd hesitate to put over Obi-Wan or Asajj, by any significant margin.
He held a 600 m ship together and caused another ship like that to shake by his mere rage. Those are impressive power feats that allow him to give Dooku good trouble in an all-out battle if he is smart enough to abuse the Force, which I think he will be.
Given he ineffectively used it against Cipher Nine... doubting it.
Him "shaking it" is an ambiguous feat and one even ESB Luke can match in a fit of rage. As for holding it together: That's pretty impressive, though he only held together the remenant of it and he admits part of it was destroyed.
And he notes his power held together the remains, meaning it no longer does so clearly somebody had to have fixed/improved it during the length of time he held it together, which is also ambiguous.

Based on hype factor and demonstrated powers, Darth Jadus seems to be superior.
How Cipher Nine defeated him is a mystery but shit happens and former was an espionage specialist. I wouldn't rule out Darth Jadus's competence due to this development exclusively because Cipher Nine is/was an unconventional opponent.
In a clash of raw power and lightsabers, I expect Darth Jadus to perform admirably. His reputation speaks for itself.

Force-wise, I'd say Dooku ragdolling Obi-Wan, destroying Ventress (who can revive the Death, which even Sorzus Syn found difficult) and hurling cruisers at least close to Jadus showings.
That being said, Lightsaber wise, Dooku shits on Jadus. Easily besting Ventress, GG and TCW Kenobi, destroying Bulq, and holding his own against Obi-Wan/Anakin & AotC Yoda >>> Jadus.

Being considerably more powerful/advanced as a Force user than Sorzus Syn is > Jadus, definitely.
First of all, Sorzus Syn describing the ability as "complex" doesn't indicate anything about its difficulty relative to her own level of ability, merely her writing for a reader she doesn't know any personal details about as far as their level of ability goes, so to use that as a judgement of her abilities would be some serious reaching.
Secondly, the connection you are trying to draw between the ability Ventress used to the ability Sorzus described is unwarranted. Considering that other force abilities have been displayed to resurrect the dead, such as that of the nightsisters, and that of that one energy vampire Windu fought, I'm not convinced there's enough evidence to consider them the same ability. The Book of Sith describes the spell as animating "both the freshly dead and skeletons of the carrion fields, transforming them into an unstoppable legion impervious to pain and able to transmit a necromancy infection by biting." Ventress's never displayed the ability to reanimate anything as degenerated as skeletons or anything more than the freshly dead, her undead never displayed the ability to transmit necromancy, and she only reanimated around four dead gungans as opposed to the "legion" described in the Book of Sith, so Ventress's display of reanimating the dead does not lay claim to anything remotely as impressive as what was described in the Book of Sith.
If you want to argue Dooku beats Jadus, go for it, I have no problem with that stance and think there are quite a few valid arguments that can be made. Trying to scale Dooku off of Sorzus Syn however is completely unsubstantiated, and little more than reaching.
