He took the medicine so that he wouldn't attack his teammate due to the fare of the world. He hindered himself. No one is asking you to believe it because you of all peeps don't have too but it was explicitly shown on panel buddy. He took a serum that interrupted his rage so that he will not dog pile his teammate during extreme circumstances. If the medicine didn't play hand at anything that was shown while on the second earth, why would Hickman even bring that panel into play? If it had nothing to do with a hindrance or anything, Hickman could've left that part out. What you are basically saying is, that showing was shown on panel for nothing. Maybe you need to do that to all of Hickman's pop in showings.

Im aware of context, i don't need a breakdown to get the authors intent. Nothing it that scene showed Banner powering back. All his conversation with beast showed was that he had better CONTROL. He wasnt weakened. It's highly amusing how u want everyone to believe hulk was weakened but when its the other way around u cry foul

Better 'control'. Ok, first I want you to tell me where you got that from. He tells us that once he reach a certain rage point, electromagnetic impulses goes off in his head reverting him BACK to Banner.
Now with that out of the way. I consider you a smart person sin. Tell me the difference between these two scenes.

Here is part of the serum being used. We see Banner transforming from Banner into Hulk without going into a rage.

This is the control part and this goes against what Sin said previously. She told us that in order for Banner to turn into Hulk, he would have to be angry. This is a lie since we see him revert into the Hulk without anger. He then have casual conversation with the society.
Now, the other part Banner brought up is that when he/Hulk is in a rage, it reverts him back to Banner. Hindrance, that is called a hindrance.

So as you have very ably shown, he wasn't intelligent at the end of the fight. The serum had not worked. He wasn't throttling back.
