If the probability is zero then it'll never be realized. You'd need to prove everything gets a probability (other than zero) and that there is a concept of "everything" in which probability makes sense.

Rule N°2.
Everything have a probability to happen even if near 0.
1x10^-99999999 still have a probability to happen........
If an event have 50% chance to happen at ????time so 50% of the parrallele world will contain this event.....
At each fraction of time (if we consider than there is a fraction of time, because to me time is like butter you can cut it it will always have thickness.) There is an unlimited number of alternate reality created.
Une dimension mère en un temps T engendre une infinité de dimension filles à l'instant T suivant...

except you can not imagine such thing. Human can not comprehend non-existence the closest thing we can imagine non existence is black or white space.

You've sighted something like radio active decay. That is not the answer. Instead look at it from a positive perspective. The breath of life is vivid and non-existence is like a bank that you deposit in and can't withdrawl once invested. More like the blank slate of life that we save our personal value in.
Invest wisely.
