Exitar has become a jobber. He's supposedly more powerful than fellow jobber Galactus. These heroes should be a non-issue. All he did was stand there and take attacks.

In a dc comic only one has the power to destroy a planet. Dc makes it clear that harder. In marvel it is commonplace. Let it go.
