That's why he has dynamic strength. He has plot-level strength that adapts to his threat (hence, the CA Superman which was this to the nth degree).

Once upon a time, two old men told me that if a person comes along and starts shouting that Capitalism does not work, then I should ask at that Person if he knows anything about capitalism, either by having read a LOT of books about capitalism OR by actually experienced capitalism first hand if He has not, then that person should be treated like the ignorant buffon he is.
