How Powerful are the Dread Masters?

This is something I've been trying to gauge for a while. How powerful are the Dread Masters individually and collectively, and what tier/level are they in relation to other force users?

I'm also very curious about this.

It seems as a pack, they can achieve things almost no other sith/jedi are capable of. I'd say an average DM is above an average DC member and Darth Raptus is more powerful than the likes of Marr, Jadus and Malgus.
