once again Khan possesses neither the ocular advantage, knowledge of riddick abilities nor the knife feats so i dont think so.

vakko KO'ed him with a point blank duel gun Blast. thats it....

khan may not need goggles but riddick can take them on or off at his disposal. riddick has been shown to hide in dark places just to lure opponents in, RIDDICK is an Example of this when getting the node.
the Chronicles of riddick are an example of this when luring in the Mercs to the ice caverns and lurking around, not only that but also when in crematoria

not to sure about the pitch black scenes as i cant recall the movie that well

it doesnt matter if riddick is inhibited by standard setting and levels of natural light because he has his goggles so saying Khan doesnt need goggles proves nothing ! IN THIS FIGHT !
