With Wyyrlok knowing his weaknesses well, and with the danger of his sickness acting up, I think Wyyrlok would've won a good amount of the time. I don't know if Krayt could've thrown off the Memory Walk in that state.

It might depend on what stage of Krayt, as he got weaker throughout the Legacy comics until his rebirth in War.
