He, in the middle of his battle with (what we can assume is a bloodlusted) Wally, LEFT him, ran back to Keystone City to check up on Linda, and returned back to the fight. Without Wally knowing what the hell was up.
Crazy feat.
When Wally, the fastest of the Flashes, was amped by Bart, Jay AND Jesse, he could only barely keep up with the guy.
Plus, he has his own durability feats of his own, too.
Flash punches him so hard he tears his own muscles. He doesn't get fazed.

Barry/Wally alter the timeline. Or just dig a pit deep enough to throw him in (in the absence of cement)
Or just vibrate him enough to make him sink.....and keep sinking.

From the rules:
If they are removed from the arena against their will (being punched, thrown, teleported, etc.) and can make it back under their own power in a reasonable amount of time, then they are still in the fight.
Would Juggy be able to build up momentum whilst underground? I'll need to see scans he can, considering the example I've seen, it took him aaages to get out. And the time it'll take him, would be a forum win.
Not to mention, he can't beat the speed team. So the question is moot, because Juggy cannot beat them even if he was somehow able to get back in a reasonable amount of time.
