Scourge can outduel Zannah at minimum.

Also, Scourge is corporeally immortal so can he be even struck down? Would he not get back up?

Scourge couldn't get through Zannah's defense. She's got superior speed feats than him too.

He's immortal only in that he doesn't age. He isn't invincible. 😬

I am not sure if it is even possible to determine which of these two are faster, speed feats are often not quantifiable.

Scourge does have an amazing kill record so he must have formidable powers and defensive abilities. One of the most (stupendously) battle-hardened and proven warriors in history.

Scourge actually does have some very solid speed/reaction feats as of Revan. That said, I think I'll give this fight to Zannah.
