Juggernaut wins this without breaking a sweat.

Unless you count the extended fight with Logan as canon, the only person shown to KO Juggs is Juggs himself, and only after being depowered. And even then, Khan only has a knife. He doesn't have the means to replicate the Logan/Storm combo that dropped Juggs.
