Women in the Majority in Hellfire

Women who curse and are ungrateful to their husbands lead them to commit adultery and other sins. That breaks up families and destroys lives of little children, sometimes for generations to come. Why shouldn’t it be punished? And why shouldn’t this warning serve to have a positive influence on women? If this encourages them to behave in a better way, I say we need more Hadiths like that! My mother never cursed and was always grateful. If your mother didn’t, I am sorry. May Allah forgive her.

If women are treated equally and with respect they will not "curse and [be] ungrateful to their husbands". It is the oppression of women that is the true sin, and the man who disrespect their wives are the ones who should go to hell.
