Seth(SF) v.s Igniz(KOF)

The main boss from SF4 takes on Igniz. Who wins...?

I know that Igniz is very powerful (and monstrously cheap - gameplayvise XD).

Based upon The Ties that Bind, Seth seems to be about SF4 Ryu's league. What feats does Igniz have?

Sf4 Ryu isn't all that strong. Seth hasnt done much but neither has Igniz... But hes obviously stronger than Zero who had a clone survive the zero cannon for a short time. Now that i think about it... I should have put Zero vs Seth...
