I guess it depends on 'how' you bfr Hulk.

There's also the showing where he was I think the word that was used 'dimension' BFRed and he returned to the battle field immediately. The scan you posted looked more like a blast which could work if Doom attempted a bfr in that type fashion.

doom has both tech AND magic(of the highest order) that he can use to bfr hulk.

Agreed. Which is the reason I said it depends on how he does it. Do you have any examples of him using this type of tactic?

He can win depending on how Doom take the battle. Bfr is an option though.
