Peak Power Proteus vs Thanos....

Peak Power Proteus takes on Thanos in a battle to the Death or KO with no BFR allowed...

Thanos has full access to all his tech, while Proteus is inhabiting the Asgardian Destroyer...

Who wins?

This is an odd one. Obviously Proteus + Destroyer is packing more raw power than Thanos, but Proteus isn't all there mentally.

I could have sworn there were instances of people forcing a person out of the Destroyer armor with a psychic/spiritual assault?

If that happens, and it's just Proteus vs Thanos, Thanos wins. Thanos has withstood high level reality warping and came through it no worse for wear.

w/ prep thanos stomps
w/o prep thanos dies horribly

Yes, Loki has forced people out of The Destroyer using soul attacks before.
