Stalemate. Deathtry would shatter Emma to pieces. She will then reform. Emma would incinerate Deathtry to ashes. He will then reform. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Emma IF and only IF she manages to shut him down telepathically. Which is going to be pretty tough since Sentry is a pretty strong psychic himself.

But Emma does have the ultimate psychic cosmic entity backing her... so I'll say she takes the majority telepathically.

Without TP, it's an endless stalemate.

Theoretically the Phoenix Force should be able to amp Emma's tp to a level where she can mindrape high-heralds far easier than someone like Xavier.

On-panel, this was shown not to be the case in her battle with Thor.

Stalemate seems about right here.
