Yes he did. He's got the strength and durability. Simon will give him a beating, not sure if he can knock him out though

IDK. Beck was a beast, but tossing a dude several feet with one hand? IDK if Beck showed that much strength. Then again, Spartan beat him and I would not rank Spartan and Beck as equals.

Spartan beat him through PIS involving the freezing tech that put them under the first time. He couldn't take him out because he was psychically bested..
