Possibly. Firestorm is far too low on the list, but then again he was having trouble against Orion, and Orion was depicted as a weakling in comparison to Blue Marvel (getting pinned beneath a large lead block).
Aside from that, he should make it right up to Superman, and I don't see Superman beating him, as much as i see him stalemating against him.

He didn't have trouble with Orion. He defeated him by first increasing the weight of an object and making it fall on Orion. Then he rapped him up in titanium for the win.
As for the thread, Blue Marvel clears.
