Indeed. Two Windus is plenty to not give him an opportunity for the big force powers, rendering it largely a duel of sabers and smaller force abilites.

The first windu would be keeping sidious busy in sabers, the second Windu would be taking pot shots and testicle shots constantly. The first windu is the non stop force, while the second is the critical hit machine with eye gouges.

The Windus win.

If they get lucky with vaapad again, they win.

P.S 2 Windu's can't defeat DE Sidious.

Why not add 18 Landos and 62 Padmes as well?
