Nah, team 1 wins comfortably. Zannah easily takes down Thanaton and Ulic closes and outduels Wyyrlok. Or Zannah shows Wyyrlok a real memory walk and Ulic closes and cuts Thanaton down.

Thanaton subdues Zannah with his sorcery and helps Wyyrlok III against Droma to ensure victory.

I see possibility of victory on both sides, which is reasonable assessment.

I'd think that Zannah and Wyyrlok would get into a sorcery fight that'd last awhile, and then Thanaton vs Ulic depends a lot on the range. Thanaton has better range, Ulic better melee.

I'll give a lean to team 1, but it's no sure thing.
