Honing of power vs Raw power, I think Kuro would beat him though. Tiring her out maybe, but she'd beat him.

He has never shown any real force barriers.

Kuro is very cunning, so I think she'd outwit Savage.

Could go either way of nexus. She'd probably piss Savage off nexus by constantly evading him, and through brief exchanges tire him out and kill him.
