FF really get by on prep more than almost any team. In their defense, they're explorers, not super heroes.

yes... after he takes out sue things become easy

Any high herald should beat the FF without prep really, not counting if reed just happens to be carrying something disastrous on his keychain.

The FF struggle with Moleman, Gl crushes them
